Good words. I think the ORTL sincerely means them.

If you are going to promote a pro-abortion canidate, because you feel he is “less pro-abortion than the other guy” or whatever reason, be honest about it. Under John McCain, funding will be provided to potentially kill an additional 400,000+ human lives in the name of research.

I will not be voting for John McCain or Barrack Obama. Both will greatly increase the destruction of pre-born human beings.

In reality, this is the most pro-abortion presidential canidate we have ever had to except from the nominally pro-life party. John McCain, by his own words will support funding of embronic stem cell research. This is a new low.

Also, prior to this election, (December, 2006) John McCaing rated 75% by the NRLC, indicating a mixed record on abortion. This is hardly “unabashedly antiabortion”.

First, she was extremely poised and showed no signs of nervousness during her first appearance in the full national spotlight.

Second, she connected with her audience, in the arena and those watching on TV. As a member of the dwindling middle class, I really get the feeling she is more like me than any Presidential/Vice Presidential candidate in my lifetime (i’m in my 50’s so I’ve seen quite a few).

Third, her content was great! I don’t know how much of the speech she wrote, but it had continuity…and punch. We all know the VP’s job on the campiagn trail is to be the “attack-dog” and she certainly didn’t shy away from the role. Her line about the difference between a hockey mom and a pit-bull seemed to be an ad lib reaction to the audience chant of “hockey mom,” showing an ability to read and react.

Finally, she has charisma, something the McCain campaign has been lacking. Senator McCain has the respect and admiration of Americans based on his personal sacrifice and fortitude as a POW, but I can’t think of a time during his campaign when he’s fired up a crowd like Gov. Palin did last night.

A great start for the McCain/Palin ticket. Let’s hope they can get her up to speed on the issues as qucikly as possible because the liberal media is now on the defensive for the way they’ve treated her family. They are scrambling to find some traction in their effort to bring her down and won’t let up once they find something.

If Palin was not a game changer, the democrats and liberal media would not be spending so much time brutally demonizing her.

Where is the National Organization for Women? why are they not standing up for her?

Governor Palin, we are praying for you.

IT is our absolute responsibility to stand up against these East and West Coast liberal fanatics. MidWest Values and MidWest Leadership will carry Senator McCain across the finish line.

This is the most important Presidential election for pro-lifers since Roe v Wade was decided (wrongly) in 1973.

First, I believe we are only one vote away from having a U.S. Supreme Court that will overturn Roe. It is almost certain the next President will have at least one nomination to the court (replacing Justice Stevens), and as many as five over the course of an eight year term. But looking at just one, if we elect John McCain President we will have the chance to overrule Roe. If pro-abort Barack Obama is elected, we know we will lose at least another generation of innocent lives.

Pro-lifers can’t sit this one out or register a protest vote because they don’t feel John McCain is conservative enough. We must vote our pro-life values from the top of the ticket on down. Unborn babies are counting on your vote and mine.

THe Governor wants to give our money to companies and universities to conduct unristricted research on human embryos, to include Human Cloning.

The key with the fall ballot is that it will be littered with many ballot initiatives to include Casino gambling, pay day lending, sick days, etc. Many in the “Life” movement have agreed to “JUST VOTE NO” across the board on all of these issues, some of which were designed to be overly complicated with the hope of getting voter approval or disaproval on elelction day.
